Education: Any Graduation - BA, http://B.Com, http://B.Sc, BBA, BCA or 10+2 / Intermediate + Degree completed candidates eligible. Candidates who completed Degree in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 batches can apply.
Stipend / Salary:
As per NATS norms: Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month + PF + ESI + Other benefits during training period. After successful completion of apprenticeship, chance for permanent role in DMart with salary hike.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers on the floor and at billing counter
- Stock management, inventory checking, and shelf arrangement
- Handling cash counter and maintaining store operations
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and discipline in the allotted department
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Must have completed Graduation (Degree) from recognized university
2. Must be registered in NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in) - if not, register before applying
3. Age limit: 18 to 28 years
4. Good communication skills in Telugu / English / Hindi
5. Ready to work in shifts and 6 days a week (Rotational week off)
6. Only Male / Female both can apply
Selection Process:
Shortlisting based on Naukri Profile -> HR Interview -> Store Manager Round -> Document Verification -> Offer Letter
